I think there is only supposed to be one. I am suspisious of the Model Editor section of Pspice.ini because these values seem to change at random times, and until today these settings worked.
Hi, I have a question related to Orcad PSpice 16.2. We have started researching into electronic circuits (at the moment we are interested in time delay lines to implement a dual synchronisation of chaotic signals), and our intention is to design, computer simulate and physically build the circuit.
To do this we need to choose a proper simulation software, and we have thought in pspice. At the moment we re using pspice 9.1 to have a first approach, but our intention is to purchase a pspice 16.2 license. However that license is pretty expensive, so we do need to be sure that the program will do what we expect from it. Slave maker 3. Could someone tell me where to find an honest and reliable review about pspice 16.2? Our main problem is that we would like to have access to many libraries in order to simulate the exact components that we ll use after to build the circuit (pspice 9.1 has a few libraries but it does not have all the components available in the market). On the other hand, feel free to propose alternative software, methods, ways to find libraries, etc.
(matlab-simulink???) to carry on with our research. Many thanks, pep. I had tried Cadence Orcad 16 - Eagle - LTspice -National Instruments Multisim ---various versions.
And a lot I really donno. But what I came to use is the NI Multisim, Orcad and lleast is Eagle Eagle is free I think, cause I had down loaded it from some where I can't remember. Orcad is a fully functional.
It is a really powerful but some what a bit difficult than NI multisim. Multisim is the electronic workbench evolved and it is pretty powerful and easy to use too but what I have is a an evaluation copy right now, cause I am trying it still. These soft's can do anything, have a wide database and foot prints and can output pcb layout too, and also different file formats like masking and drilling files ets. Mail me if you need any off board info.
U know I can't host any software's here.
