On my MSI laptop there is a new proprietary Realtek audio manager that doesn't really work on Windows 10. It had some extra options, but none of the buttons are responsive on it. I don't really need it, because normal sound is working fine. I think I'll just have to wait until the MSI updates it.

Solved TL;DR: Download and Install Explanation and Steps. My Explanation: As i read on some Forums and Websites that High Definition Audio Codecs R2.82 latest Update time was on so from about more than a year and the Realtek HD audio manager is no longer supported as they go for modern UWP App to replace old exe one. So to make it works fine that's what i did: • Right Click This PC > Manage > Device manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > Uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio or High Definition Audio Device if u have generic one • Install and restart your computer • Right Click This PC > Manage > Device manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > Make sure it shows up as Realtek(R) Audio • Go To Windows Store and install ( If you faced Couldn't install the app issue and i faced it BTW. You need to make sure that u installed compatible drivers like UAD one and not R2.82 ) Note This method and didn't work with Sound Blaster Cinema or at least it didn't for me. Edit: To be able to make Sound Blaster Cinema works just download your motherboard manufacture audio drivers even if they are old ones, If you have an issue with them then go for the method above but don't forget that maybe Sound Blaster Cinema will not be working.
