Mutron Bi-Phase with pedal, circa 1977. Two independent phase shifters housed in a large silver box with big knobs and switches and a wah-style foot pedal with 2 on/off buttons and speed control controlled by foot action. The worlds largest phase shifter! Design biogas plant pdf to excel. Settings include independent control over 2 phasors, 2 sweep generators with rate and shape (~ wave or square wave), manual or pedal option, Phasor A with depth and feedback plus gen 1 or pedal switch for sweep. Phasor B has more controls.

Depth and feedback plus sweep sync option of norm or rev(erse) and sweep option of either gen1, gen2 or ped(al) and Phasor B input consisting of inA, outA or inB! Giant placards that fit over the housing include red marked settings for 3 effects examples: Stereo Phasing, Super Phasing and Two-Speed Phasing! This unit delivers the quintessential phasing sounds used in the 70’s from the airplane-type whooshing sounds to the slow wide flanger-type effects. Plus, two-speed phasing yields some funkitized possibilities.

Lymphatic drainage massage. Within us all there is a silent system working to keep us healthy- the lymph system. By performing lymphatic drainage massage correctly, we can stimulate the opening of the initial lymphatic and increase the volume of lymph flow by as much as 20 times.

Set one phasor slow and the other fast and the skies the limit. A favorite setting is the leslie cabinet sound from fast rate and moderate setting with little to no feedback. Then there’s the classic setting of slower rate with much depth and feedback for reaching spatial territories!

A quick way back to 1975 or ahead to 2050! The Mu-Tron Bi-phase is one of the coolest phasers around. It’s 2 phasers in one, and you can chain them in parallel or in series. It’s got 2 ins and 2 outs. Each phaser has its own sweep generator or LFO (low frequency oscillator) responsible for automatic phase sweeping. The feedback gives you a nice juicy resonance effect that made Mutron Phasers famous.

You can sweep both phasers by sweep generator #1 or sweep them each from their own generator for complex sweeping. Mugen archive. This is great for spacy, morphing sounds. Switch between sine wave and square wave LFO for variety. You get the idea Used by lots of guitarists and electric piano and vintage synth players in the 70s and 80s, this effect can be used on just about anything, with interesting results. Even if you’re not trying to recapture that vintage sound, consider this unit if you’re looking for a really good phaser. It’s got much more character than any modern phaser we’ve heard. Think Stevie Wonder, and Butch Vig’s secret weapon with Smashing Pumpkins.

Sweep Gen 1 Rate – controls the speed/rate of the LFO wave that controls the effectSweep Gen 1Man/Ped -switches the rate of the LFO between the setting of the Rate knob and the pedal Sweep Gen 1 Shape – switches the LFO between a square and a sine wave Sweep Gen 2 Rate – controls the speed/rate of the LFO wave that controls the effect Sweep Gen 2 Shape – switches the LFO between a square and a sine wave Phasor A Depth – controls the depth/amplitude of the modulation (the size of the range in which the effect sweeps). Phasor A – Feedback – sets the amount of effected signal fed back into the effect (for a stronger effect) Phasor A (Ped/Gen 1) – switches the sweep control of the phasor between pedal control and LFO control by Sweep Generator 1 Phasor B Depth – controls the depth/amplitude of the modulation (the size of the range in which the effect sweeps). Phasor B Feedback – sets the amount of effected signal fed back into the effect (for a stronger effect) Phasor B Sweep Sync (Norm/Rev) – switches between normal sweep and reverse sweep (if you use the same sweep source as phasor A, phasor B will move in the opposite direction). Phasor B Sweep (Gen 1 / Gen 2 / Ped) – switches the sweep control of the phasor between pedal control, LFO control by Sweep Generator 1 and LFO control by Sweep Generator 2 Phasor B Input – selects a source for Phasor B: input A (same input as Phasor A), output A (Phasor B gets the output of Phasor A as input), input B (separate input for Phasor B) Manual.
