» Fixed my Supermicro driver 'I got a new Supermicro WebCam but it can't works properly, and the manufacturer's website didn't help at all. It turns out that the driver that came with the card was 6 months out of date! DriverTuner got me the latest driver automatically, and now my whole system is.
The item is brand new and comes in its original box. Please check your motherboard for compatibility (requires a PCI-X slot). Theoretically the card can be used in a PCI slot as well but the speed will diminish.

I have a hard drive giving me errors in my DIY WHS build. While it does still let me read/write to the HDD, I can no longer do system backups to it.
Download doom 3 weapons mod doom 2 wad. I do have hard drive duplication enabled. There are 5 HDD's in total (including the WHS OS HDD). The failing drive is not the OS drive. Also, when I look in the 'Home Server SMART' add-in, I see this drive listing 3 pending bad sectors. It is really looking like I need to swap out this drive but my question is how do I tell which one to remove? I do see in the SMART add-in the manufacturer name and model # for the HDD's, but there are 2 of these (Samsung HD154UI) drives with the same capacity and one of these 2 needs replacement.
I havn't done it but it is my understanding that you can pull one drive at a time and see who is who without hurting anything. I would power down, pull your best guess, boot up and see if that is the correct drive. Once you figure out which is which, maybe numbering them would be a good idea. Also, when you know which one needs to be replaced I would try removing it in the system and let it try to pull data off, if it fails, then you will have no choice except to pull it and replace with a new drive. Hi Major Sirius, Actually the physical drive number may not necessarily indicate which bay or port the drive is connected to.
I have 22 drives in my server and can not use the physical drive numbers to determine which drive is which. Heck my system drive is not Physical Drive 0 its 2. On another server it use to be 0 but changed when I installed an additional drive controller which took the 0 spot. Anyway the best way to identify the hard drive in question is to map out each drive location in the server by model and serial number. In WHS v1 there is an ADD-IN called Disk Management which allows you to simply draw a picture called a Wireframe to help you determine the drive locations which really comes in handy if you have a huge compliment of drives in one or more enclosures.
You can download the Disk Management ADD-IN at the following link. Sorry for the delay and while I did write a reply earlier which you may have seen in your email I opted to delete the reply to allow some additional time and thought on my end. Please read the message below in its entirety and then you can choose the best approach which works for you. First thing to point out is that if you have duplication turned on then all your files should exist on another drive.
